Mobile Officer
We have exciting opportunities available to join Constant Security Services on a full time basis working as mobile patrolman and will be required to work in local areas such as Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster.
There will be a requirement for you to attend the head office in Mexborough to collect/return keys and patrol sheets at the beginning and end of each shift.
The rota is working on a 4 on 4 off nights basis, standard working times at 1830-0630, however this can sometimes vary, so flexibility is required.
Some of the duties will include:
•Access Control
•Perimeter checks
•Unlock/Lock-up of sites
•Random and/or time critical patrols of sites
•Attending alarm activations
•Ensuring no unauthorised persons access sites
•Occasionally assisting staff and visitors on site
•Maintaining that all incidents are logged and reported to the control room
•Ensuring Health and Safety polices are adhered to
Security officer requirements:
•Experience working in the security industry is preferred but not essential
•Valid Frontline SIA Licence, either Security Guarding or Door Supervisor is desirable
•Good communication skills verbally and written
•Smart and Presentable
•5 year checkable work history in line with BS 7858
•Report writing skills
•Flexible working hours
•Excellent time management skills
•Ability to think on their feet and excellent decision making skills
•Valid full UK driving licence is essential
