Constant utilise the most up-to-date CCTV remote monitoring receiving technology to enable our clients to cost effectively keep their business and residential premises under constant detection-lead surveillance.
Our Control Centre is operational 24 hours per day, manned by a team of highly experienced personnel, trained to respond to alarms and efficiently resolve incidents.
We hold Security Industry Authority - Approved Contractor Scheme accreditation for: Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) and operate a mature quality management system which is applied to the running of every part of our business, so that we can understand, meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. Our quality assurance policy is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001, incorporating the specific requirements for six individual British Standards, including BS 7958-Closed Circuit Television Management and Operation.
The systems we accept consist of cameras which activate as a result of detection of movement on site and are linked to other equipment including a public address system to allow our operators to challenge any trespassers or suspicious person’s onsite. If your existing CCTV system doesn’t have this specification, we can facilitate upgrades and maintenance packages using carefully screened service partners.
There are numerous monitoring stations throughout the UK, but very few combine the service with a mobile response. Our service would include the dispatch of an experienced mobile unit to work in harmony with our Control Room personnel to investigate and resolve any suspicious activity received.
