We operate a mature quality management system and are committed to the requirements of EN ISO 9001 : 2015, the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme, the Private Security Industry Act 2001 and Schedule 4 Part 1 & 2 of Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.

Unlike many of our main competitors, in addition to the UKAS Management Systems accreditation, Constant also holds UKAS Product Certification. The significance of this for our clients is that we are inspected every six months by the National Security Inspectorate to Guarding Gold level, ensuring we continue to meet or exceed the stringent requirements of British Standards relating to every part of our business and services including the codes of practice for:

Working in accordance with the principles of ISO10002:2004, the guidelines for complaint handling in organisations; and all current legal and regulatory requirements including: Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, 1974; Working Time Regulation, 2003; Equality Act, 2010; Data Protection Act, 2018; General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018; Health & Safety at Work Act, 1974; the regulatory requirements of the SIA and the Mission and Values of the Company.

Our National Security Inspectorate Guarding Gold assessment and accreditation includes the provision of Guarding Services, Mobile Patrols, Keyholder Response, Remote CCTV Control Centre Operation, Door Supervision, Event Stewarding and Crowd Safety and CCTV Remote Monitoring.

We also operate to the Security Industry Approved Contractor Scheme and the Private Security Industry Act 2001. Our accreditation to these advanced independently assessed operational standards means that our customers can have complete confidence and peace of mind that we will provide the highest quality service.

Our Approved Contractor Scheme Score has improved every year since the schemes inception, and we are proud to be in the top 5% of all UK security companies.
