A really exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive to join our business in the commercial team at our Mexborough Head Office.

The role is incredibly flexible and can be part-time or school term-time and is entirely flexible to suit the needs of the successful individual. Existing members of this team work a variety of different schedules to suit their individual needs.

Telesales Executives professionally sell our range of security and support services by initiating contact with potential customers by various communication methods. This is primarily achieved by making consultative and friendly outbound telephone calls capturing and recording information. It isn’t a high pressure sales environment and our best appointments are created after numerous conversations with potential clients where requirements have been established.

The main responsibilities:

• Making of outbound telephone calls to potential customers

• Describing our services and benefits

• Giving advice about how these may personally benefit customers

• Gathering and recording relevant information and following up calls with clients.

• Provide support to other team members, fulfil any reasonable management requests

• Deliver a structured approach to winning new business and negotiate effectively at many different levels.

It is essential that the successful candidate quickly understands the full suite of solutions we offer to customers and be able to communicate those effectively in a compelling manner to prospective customers. Full training and development is undertaken to ensure this takes place.

• 5 years checkable work history

• Fluent written and spoken English

Effective Telesales Executives will act as credible ambassadors for our business when making outbound telephone calls to potential customers, ensuring all work is dealt with promptly and according to company procedures. It is essential to work with professionalism, honesty and integrity and to maintain confidentiality.

This is a basic hourly rate role which allows for flexibility, plus access to uncapped commission for all sales conversions. There is also an attractive policy of internal progression, promotion and training allowing individuals to flourish in the business and to achieve personnel goals, particularly as specific work/life factors change over time.
