Managing Director

Sarah has been with Constant since 2004 and oversees the daily operations of the business, developing and co-ordinating all management policies and activities for the company. 

She is responsible for the ownership and resolution of any non-conformances and is responsible for liaison with customers and colleagues to ensure problems are anticipated and resolved and continuous improvement to service is achieved.

Sarah drives long term development of the company by ensuring procedures and systems are in place to provide accountability in all areas therefore allowing control and encourage growth, while maintaining motivation, though actively encouraging suggestions for improvement from all areas of the workforce.

Sarah is a qualified trainer and will oversee the development of in house, bespoke training packages.  She is a qualified Safety Officer and can therefore offer our clients the flexibility required when staging events and she is also a qualified internal auditor which ensures that the business has a holistic approach to process reviews and drives improvement activity.
