Logistics and Fleet Manager

Nicole has been with the business since 2016 and is responsible for all aspects of transportation and logistics, ensuring all personnel, equipment and stores are with our dispersed workforce immediately.

She has people and budgetary management responsibilities within the business and implements our best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

She will also deliver solutions to any logistics problems and will mobilise additional resource for major projects, while maintaining high levels of quality and service.

She continually works to support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimisation opportunities.

Nicole is based in Head Office in our Control Room and works closely with our operations team.
