Adam has been with the business since 1997 and is responsible for the development of all aspects of company sales strategy and sales plans.
He is actively involved in identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets, tendering, cost increase negotiations with existing clients, cost mitigation and added value, financial planning and innovation.
Adam started his career with Constant as an event steward and Security Officer while at University. On starting full time, he worked in various departments for the first couple of years including HR and our Control Room, which really helped to sharpen his thinking in terms of delivering industry leading service standards for our customers.
