Michael has been with Constant since 1994 and is responsible for all aspects of employment law, working conditions, equal opportunities, recruitment, training and development and staff welfare.
He works closely with our HR Manager in terms of recruitment of all new personnel to ensure that screening takes place in line with our stringent Quality Management System and BS 7858.
He is also responsible for all aspects of employee relations, including managing absence, grievance and sickness and will measure employee satisfaction, identifying any areas that require improvement.
