Weekend Static Security Officer

We have part time vacancies available, working on one of our industrial sites based in Sheffield. The duties will include unlocking and locking site, patrolling and providing out of hours access. 

There is a rota available to work every weekend working 0600-1800 hours each day. There will also be other duties available as overtime on an ad-hoc basis during the week on our other sites in Sheffield.

Some of the duties will include:

•Ensuring no unauthorised persons access site

•Undertaking patrols and inspections in accordance to the site specific assignment instructions

•Assisting staff and visitors on site

•Maintaining that all incidents are logged and reported to the control room

•Ensuring Health and Safety polices are adhered to

Security officer requirements:

•Valid Frontline SIA Licence, either Security Guarding or Door Supervisor

•First Aid at work certifcate or happy to obtain

•Smart and Presentable

•Good communication skills

•5 year checkable work history in line with BS 7858

•Report writing skills

•Excellent time management skills

•Ability to think on their feet and excellent decision making skills
