Split Shift Driver

Constant Security Services is based in South Yorkshire and provides manned guarding services throughout Yorkshire and North of England, trading for over 30 years and employing over 600 full and part time staff.

We have an opportunity available to join Constant Security Services on a full time basis working as split shift driver. You will be required to travel within local areas such as Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster, but also willing to drive longer distances to areas such as Lancashire, West Midlands, North East etc.

There will be a requirement for you to attend the head office in Mexborough to collect/return the vehicle at the beginning and end of each set of shifts. There is the option of leaving your personal vehicle whilst working at our car park which is monitored 24 hours a day.

The rota is working on a 4 on 4 off basis, where you will work hours during the morning and then also during the late afternoon/early evening on a split shift basis.

Some of the duties will include:

•Transporting officers to and from sites

•Regular inspections of all vehicles before use

•Regular check calls to our control room

•Maintaining that all incidents are logged and reported to the control room

•Ensuring Health and Safety polices are adhered to

Requirements:

•Minimum of 2 years driving experience

•No more than 3 points on driving licence

•Good communication skills verbally and written

•Smart and Presentable

•5 year checkable work history in line with BS 7858

•Flexible working hours

•Excellent time management skills

•Valid full UK driving licence is essential
