Control Room Operator
We have a full time vacancy available working as a Control Room Operator based at our Head Office in Mexborough. Your rota will be working a permanent 4 on 4 off night pattern. The hours are 1830 - 0800 per shift. Please bear in mind due to this rota pattern this will involve working weekends.
The main role of the Controller will be to provide security support and assistance to security officers based on sites across the country and having their welfare as a number one priority. You must be able to complete administrative duties so must be computer literate and have excellent writing skills and be able to communicate in a professional manor.
It is essential that the candidate has an understanding that situations need to be dealt with safely and effectively, situations will often require personal judgement calls so the individual must be confident in making such decisions.

Requirements:
- Experience working within a control room or an administrative position
- Valid CCTV Licence is desirable however training will be provided if required.
- Good communication skills
- 5 year checkable work history in line with BS 7858
- Computer literate and able to write detailed reports
- Ability to think on their feet when making decisions
