Constant Security Services has grown organically, from its Headquarters near Rotherham, South Yorkshire, with no diversification or acquisition, for over two decades to become one of the most respected independent guarding companies in the Country.

Constant operate a mature Quality Assurance System relevant to every part of our business.

The purpose of the Quality Management System operated by Constant Security Services is to provide a Quality Assurance system capable of meeting the requirements of: -

• EN ISO 9001:2008
• The Approved Contractor Scheme
• The Private Security Industry Act 2001
• Schedule 4 - Part 1 & 2 of Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.

• BS 7499 : 2007 - Static Guarding, Mobile Patrol and Key Holding Services
• BS 7858 : 2006 +A2:2009 - Security Screening of Personnel Employed in a Security Environment
• BS 7984 : 2008 - Keyholding and Response Services
• BS 7960 : 2005 - Door Supervisors
• BS 8406 : 2009 - Event Stewarding and crowd safety
• BS 7958 : 2009 - Closed circuit television (CCTV) Management and Operation (Annex A).

Working in accordance with all current legal and regulatory requirements; the regulatory requirements of the SIA; the principles of ISO10002:2004 - The Guidelines for Customer Satisfaction for complaint handling in organisations and the Mission and Values of the Company.

Constant are a Security Industry Authority - Approved Contractor, independently confirmed as being in the top 10% of Security companies within the industry. We have also been awarded the National Security Inspectorate Guarding Gold Award, the NSI being the only industry specific inspection body.
