Constant Security Personnel

Recruitment, selection, screening and training of all our security service personnel is carried out in-line with the requirements of our stringent Quality Assurance System and the requirements of BS 7858, BS 7499 and The Private Security Industry Act 2001.

Successful applicants will complete the Level 2 in Security Guarding which incorporates basic training in Static and Patrol, and Communication and Conflict Management at our Skills for Security Approved Training Centre.

Our Approved Training Centre also encourages:

  • Security Practitioner Qualification
  • CCTV (PSS) Operatives
  • First Aid
  • Supervisor Training
  • Level 2 Door Supervision
  • Formal Reception Skills

Classroom training is delivered by a team of dedicated, experienced professionals, who in addition to having qualified as Skills for Security trainers have a wealth of previous training and industry experience to bring to the courses.
